MISSION
The mission of Antietam Bible College, Biblical Seminary and Graduate School (ABC) is to Biblically and academically train and equip born-again believers with skills to rightly divide the Word of God, to effectively communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to make Christ-honoring life applications.
VISION
The educational programs of ABC are designed to prepare the student to lead an abundant, Spirit-filled life and equip the student for effective ministry through Bible-based, Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-controlled teaching to the glory of God and the edifying of Christ’s church.
VALUES
Value: A Commitment to the Word of God Believing the sixty-six books of the Bible to be the totality of God’s revelation of His Word and Will to man, and the sole and final authority in all matters of faith and practice, ABC is dedicated to:
- training students to rightly divide the Word of God.
- fostering a Godly reverence and obedience to His Word.
- guiding students to know God genuinely and intimately.
- encouraging students to yield themselves unreservedly to God’s sovereign plan.
- equipping students spiritually and academically to serve God faithfully and effectively.
Value: A Commitment to the Christian Community: The educational programs of Antietam Bible College, Biblical Seminary and Graduate School are designed to equip students to become pastors, or missionaries, or teachers in Christian schools, or Christian education directors, or church and para-church leaders.
Value: A Commitment to General Education: The purpose of ABC is to teach courses that will prepare students to serve the Lord effectively. Therefore, the College offers Christian education classes that build strong communication skills which will enable the student to effectively communicate the truth of God’s Word in obedience to the Great Commission. All general education courses will provide the student with rigorous and engaging learning experiences that emphasize the knowledge, intellectual skills, and conceptual framework central to the College’s vision and values.
Value: A Commitment to the Staff ABC is a people-focused, God-centered institution where individuals are valued and where all participants seek to honor one another through words, behavior, and a commitment to each person’s spiritual and academic success. At ABC the staff is encouraged to value individuals and their God-given creative abilities. Furthermore, the College is dedicated to the values and teachings found in the Scriptures.
Value: A Commitment to Students: ABC is a student-oriented college/seminary where the core process is teaching and learning aimed at the development of graduates with disciplined intelligence, competence, character, and faith. The responsibility for education rests upon the professors in the classroom; therefore, the professors are born-again believers who have advanced degrees in their field of teaching and will teach academically excellent curriculum materials from a godly perspective.
Value: A Commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement: ABC is a quality-driven college/seminary with a commitment to continuous improvement, enhancing all aspects of teaching and training to fulfill the Great Commission. The College is accountable to God for the teaching +and training of its students. Educational experiences from the best practices in the higher education community also provide the College with guidance and direction. The College is dedicated to the continuous strengthening of its relationship with the Lord to ensure the spiritual and academic success of its students.

Value: A Commitment to Servant Leadership: ABC seeks to equip men and women with the skills, knowledge, and dispositions to impact their communities and the world through their professional contributions and spiritual gifts. The goal of the College is to develop servant-leaders who live out their faith with a deep and profound commitment to the tenets of Jesus Christ. Ultimately, the College seeks to instill in its students that servant-leaders are first and foremost servants, servants to others and to Jesus Christ, in building the body of Christ for God’s glory.
